The best and easiest way to learn a language would be to talk and communicate with another individual! If there was a website that would link individuals with a shared primary language such as english and a different secondary language that both speak relatively fluent. Then , think it would be a great opportunity for both individuals to meet someone that is perhaps from a different place and learn some pronounciations and words to communicate with in the future. People wanting to learn or improve a new language could sign up and friend the person which you would like to chat again sometime!
