If you decide to create personal profiles, where you can share information about your professional and intellectual life ("Professional Profiles"), or startup pages, where you can share information about startup companies and their team members ("Startup Profiles"), your profile information, your name, e-mail, photo and resume, as well as any other information that you choose to include in your Professional Profiles or Startup Profiles will be publicly viewable. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully consider what type of information you want to include in your Professional Profiles or Startup Profiles before doing so. If you wish to participate in business plan competitions, you may upload your business plan and view scores and feedback submitted by judges. Any such competition, including the extent to which personally identifiable information may be disclosed to third parties, will be governed by the rules set forth by the competition administrators. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review those rules before joining any such competition.
If you contact us by email through the Site, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you. In addition, we may use your contact information to market to you, and provide you with information about, our products and services, including but not limited to our Services. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications.
When you visit the Site, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web-pages you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider the IP address will be different every time you log on. Except in the instances described herein, we do not use this information to identify you personally. If you decide to use any tool that we make available to you on the Site to evaluate innovative startup companies ("Analytical Tools"), we will not disclose to third parties any information that you provide in the course of using the Analytical Tools, including, but not limited to, answers that you provide in response to our questionnaire (but we may share with certain select third parties the results obtained from the use of such Analytical Tools).Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Wubb cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Wubb or a third party, the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
If any or all of the assets of Wubb are acquired by, or merged with another entity, we may share some or all of your information with this entity.
Changing or Deleting Information
If you are a registered user of the Site, you may update or correct the information you provided to us by requesting us to make such changes by e-mail at support@Wubb.com.
Wubb is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We employ advanced administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. We will disclose any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored personal data to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

Wubb does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register to use our Services or send any information about yourself to us, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@Wubb.com. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will make efforts to delete that information as quickly as possible.
